By using eventagencyfinder.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The directory

EventAgencyFinder lists event and entertainment agencies, using facts from their own websites. We check them carefully but can't promise every fact is complete or current. Agencies are independent businesses; we are not a party to anything you agree with them. Check the details, contracts and permits directly with the agency before you book.

The order of listings is explained on How we check agencies. It is not a ranking of quality.

Quote requests

When you ask for quotes, you confirm your email first. We then send your request, with your contact details, to the Featured agencies in your city that handle that type of event, and they reply to you directly. Agencies that have claimed a free listing get a short preview without your name, email or phone. We don't charge you or the agencies a commission, and we don't sell your details.

Agencies that get requests agree to use the client's details only to answer that request. Agencies that claimed their listing get previews of matching requests by email, at most once a day, and can stop them with the link in each email. Requests that look like spam can be reported with the link in the email; we then stop sending requests from that sender.

Agencies

• Listing is free. We decide which agencies are listed, using the checks we publish.
• When you claim a listing, you confirm you are allowed to act for the agency. Your description must be accurate, in your own words, and contain no links, contact details or claims about other businesses. We can edit or remove text that breaks these rules.
• You can remove your listing at any time.
• Featured listings are paid per city, for the period you choose. They change your position and label only, not the facts we show. Payment terms are shown at checkout when payments open.

Using the site

Don't scrape the site in bulk, send automated form submissions, or use it to send people unsolicited marketing. You may quote and link to our pages; please credit EventAgencyFinder.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it or from dealings with any agency listed on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
