List your
agency
EventAgencyFinder is a premium directory of selected event and entertainment agencies: an agency is selected when its own website passes our checks. Most people who use it are companies: event managers, HR and marketing teams and PAs planning conferences, product launches, gala dinners and team events. They come here for a short list of agencies that are still working, and many of them send a quote request.
Already listed?
Most agencies in Dubai, Singapore and Abu Dhabi already are. Find yours and claim it to add your own description.
Quote requests, sent to you
This is the main reason to be here.
- Companies and planners send quote requests through EventAgencyFinder.
- Every request is checked before it goes anywhere: the client confirms their email, and we filter out spam.
- The request goes to the agencies in that city that do that type of event.
- Featured agencies get the client's full details (name, company, email, phone, date, budget) and reply directly. No commission.
- Free agencies that claimed their listing get a short preview of each request and can upgrade to see the contact details.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. A standard listing is free and stays free. Featured is the only paid option, and it is optional.
How do you check agencies?
We read your own website: it has to show that you run events or book entertainment, that you work in the city you chose, and that you have been active in the last 12 months (a recent project, post, dated photos or a recent review). We do this within two working days. The full method is on How we check agencies.
How do I get Featured?
Your agency needs to be listed first. Then pay with one of the Featured buttons on this page, set the quantity to the number of cities, and type your agency name and the cities. Featured starts within about ten minutes of the payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Featured runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your listing goes back to a free one.
How do I remove my listing?
Open your listing and use "Remove this listing", or go to the remove page for your agency. It takes effect straight away and we won't list you again unless you ask.
