Privacy
This policy explains what EventAgencyFinder collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
EventAgencyFinder ("we") runs eventagencyfinder.com. Contact: [email protected].
If you visit the site
Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for up to 30 days, for security and to fix errors. We count clicks from our pages to agencies' websites, without cookies and without storing who clicked. If we add an analytics tool, this section will say which one and you'll be asked for consent where the law requires it.
If you send us a form
- List your agency, claim or remove a listing: we keep the email you give us and the agency details, to check the request and tell you the result. We keep them while the listing exists and for 12 months after.
- Get quotes: we keep your request and contact details. Once you confirm your email, we share them with the Featured agencies in your city that handle your type of event, so they can reply to you. Agencies that claimed a free listing get a preview without your name, email or phone. We check requests for spam before sending them, and we delete requests 12 months after the event date.
- Event costs: reports are anonymous. We publish only averages for a city and event type, never single reports.
To stop automated spam, we store a one-way hash of your IP address with each form for 30 days.
Agencies listed on the site
We list businesses, not people. The facts on a profile come from the agency's own public website. We may also store a general business email address (such as info@) from that website, privately, to tell the agency about its listing. We don't publish names, personal phone numbers or personal email addresses. Any agency can remove its listing at any time from its profile page.
Who we share data with
Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany and Finland) and our network provider (Cloudflare) process data for us. When we send emails, we use a transactional email provider. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, Singapore or the UAE), you may also complain to your data protection authority.
